Comet protects files and folders, disk images, databases, hypervisors, and popular SaaS and email workloads, allowing you to cover most of your existing infrastructure without deploying multiple backup products.

When you work with a Comet distributor, you will log any support tickets you have directly with that distributor. Distributors are trained on Comet Backup and your Tier 1 support queries will be answered by the distributor in your local language during normal business hours for your time zone. Distributors pass Tier 2 and Tier 3 support queries to Comet's Support team and Development Teams when escalation is needed.

Comet supports silent installation and remote deployment, making it straightforward for internal IT to roll out the backup client to many endpoints using existing software deployment tools.
