When you purchase Comet through a distributor you are billed in your local currency, rather than USD. Any support tickets you raise are answered in your local language, instead of English. And because distributors answer all Tier 1 support tickets themselves, you will get a response aligned with business hours for your time zone.

When you work with a Comet distributor, you will log any support tickets you have directly with that distributor. Distributors are trained on Comet Backup and your Tier 1 support queries will be answered by the distributor in your local language during normal business hours for your time zone. Distributors pass Tier 2 and Tier 3 support queries to Comet's Support team and Development Teams when escalation is needed.
